Woolley’s Classic Suites Begins Construction on Its First Hotel

DENVER—Woolley’s Classic Suites, a new chain of all-suite hotels founded by hotelier Robert E. Woolley, has begun construction on its first hotel near Denver International Airport (DIA) in Aurora’s Gateway Office Park. The first Woolley’s Classic Suites is a four-story hotel featuring 187 guest suites and four executive suites, and is expected to open in spring of 2014.

The first Woolley’s Classic Suites will welcome guests through an oasis-style atrium and will offer complimentary breakfasts and cocktail hours every day, both hallmarks of the Woolley tradition. Hotel facilities will also include seven flexible meeting spaces totaling 5,000 square feet.

Woolley. “With decades of successful experience in the lodging industry, our team now embarks on Woolley’s Classic Suites. Financing for the first Woolley’s Classic Suites is provided by FirstBank and Alliance Construction Solutions (ACS) of Denver is serving as the contractor for the hotel. The hotel will operate with a staff of more than 200 full- and part-time employees.
