Value Place Extended Stay Hotel Opens in Manassas, Va.

MANASSAS, Va.—Value Place has announced the opening of a new extended stay hotel in Manassas, Va., the second Value Place hotel to open in the Washington, D.C., area this year.

The four-story, 124-room Manassas Value Place, includes rooms with fully equipped kitchens, Wi-Fi, 24-hour-a-day guest laundry, security monitoring, and interior guest room entrances.

“The D.C. area market is a great fit for us,” says Value Place Chief Executive Officer Dan Weber. “We can meet the need for short or longer term lodging with our simple, clean, safe properties, while providing exceptional value to guests.”

A total of 184 Value Place extended stay hotels are operating in 32 states, including 134 franchisee-owned and 50 corporate-owned properties. All are new construction.
