Trump Taj Mahal Set to Close in November

    Atlantic City gaming could experience yet another setback. Trump Entertainment Resorts has filed for bankruptcy protection and threatened to close the Trump Taj Mahal Casino Resort in November unless it significantly reduces expenses. The company is already scheduled to shut down the Trump Plaza Hotel and Casino this month, which will mark the fourth casino to close this year on the Atlantic City boardwalk. The grim news comes only a week after Revel officially closed on Sept. 2. Read more over at The New York Times.
