Timber Cove Inn Debuts New Room Designs

SONOMA COAST, Calif.— Timber Cove Inn has announced the completion of two model rooms, which are now available to guests. This completes the first part of a multi-phase renovation to the property, planned to allow the Inn continuous operation without disturbance to guests.

“We designed the rooms with the intention of creating a zen-like atmosphere that focuses on the Inn’s greatest attribute, the Pacific Ocean, its jagged coastline of headlands, crags, coves, and sandy beaches”, says lead designer Anne Jones of Design Atelier. “The rooms offer a fresh, luxurious feel while not compromising the destination’s main attraction, Mother Nature. We created a room that is a back drop to the spectacular views.”

The cove view deluxe room is 360 square feet and the junior suite is 510 square feet. Key design points for these two rooms, which will continue for each of the additional 48 guestrooms, include: slate floors in the entry foyers; beds and bathtubs that face the ocean; telescoping barn doors leading into the bathroom; modern gas fireplaces; four fixture baths with MTI soaking tubs and Kohler faucets, separate walk in glass showers, and large well-lit vanities; new patios feature Adirondack style chairs; and custom lamps with multiple outlets.
