Thomas Lee Group to Lead Blue Waters North American Sales and Marketing

ST. JOHN’S, Antigua—Blue Waters Resort, Antigua announced that it has hired the Thomas Lee Group (TLG) to lead the property’s North American sales and marketing efforts.

Blue Waters seeks to redefine luxury in the Caribbean and expand its appeal to the North American affluent traveler.

Blue Waters features several freshwater pools, secluded beach coves, 17 acres of tropical gardens, and a choice of accommodations that includes expansive guestrooms, suites, and villas. Under the direction of TLG, which specializes in hospitality sales, marketing, branding, and revenue management, the resort will be re-launched to the U.S. and Canadian markets.

Guillot, who heads the Thomas Lee Group, is a 30-year resort and casino industry veteran experienced in destination resort, attraction, and casino marketing and operations.

Currently, the Thomas Lee Group performs sales and marketing activities for resorts throughout the Caribbean. Additionally, they assist an international vacation club and its destination resort/condo properties in the Caribbean, as well as the sales distribution networks in the United States, Central, and South America.
