Packed in sleek and stylish eco-friendly containers, the delivery cuisine system provides delicious sustainable food with ease.

Silversmith Hotel, located in the heart of downtown Chicago, has recently completed a multimillion renovation including updated public spaces, remodeled guest rooms and the energetic new space, Adamus. Sensory Direct provides the same inspired fare with express delivery, making it a desirable option for business travelers on the go, explorers touring the city or hotel guests seeking a private dining experience in the comfort of their spacious accommodations.

Developed by Ted Peters, culinary director of Remington Hotels, Luxury Division, the vision of Adamus stems from the belief that ingredients derived from sustainable resources offer the highest quality and freshest tastes. Recognizing the importance of local and regionally sourced food, Peters is committed to fostering relationships with area farmers and small craft vendors. With a seasonal menu offering the most current artisanal dishes, the chef presents tastings and table plates such as Lobster Croquettes, Broiled Wianno Oysters, Bellwetha Farms Fromage Blanc Flatbread and a Slider Bar featuring Duroc Farms Pork Belly, BBQ Brisket and Crab Cake.
