Sage Hospitality Appoints Lisa Donovan as Chief People Officer

SAGE HOSPITALITY LISA DONOVANSage Hospitality, a hotel investment and management company announced its first Chief People Officer. Lisa Donovan will oversee all aspects of Sage’s People Resources department including leadership development and internal communications. She will focus on Sage’s strong culture, continuing the goal to make the company a desirable place to work, learn, and grow. By developing a strong leadership pipeline, Sage will continue to achieve its aggressive growth strategy and deliver best-in-class performance.

Prior to Sage, Donovan acted as group vice president of national training and development for Archstone, a developer and manager of luxury apartment buildings. During her time at Archstone she implemented a customer service-based culture and cultivated leadership programs that lead to employee engagement. To further enhance her people development skills, Donovan went back to school to obtain her MPS in Leadership and Organization with a major in Human Capacity from the University of Denver.

Donovan continues Sage’s commitment to its community by volunteering with Habitat for Humanity and is an avid cyclist who raises funds for charities doing what she loves.
