BRUSSELS—The Rezidor Hotel Group announced the Park Inn by Radisson Troyitska, Kyiv in Ukraine. The property will be located in the very centre of Kiev adjacent to the Olympic Stadium and feature 199 keys. The hotel is in advanced stages of development and scheduled to welcome the first guests in Q3 2013.
“We are delighted to introduce our dynamic mid market brand Park Inn by Radisson to Kiev where we already operate two upper upscale Radisson Blu hotels”, commented Wolfgang M. Neumann, president & CEO of Rezidor. “The signing also strengthens our position in Ukraine where we are the market leader with 8 hotels and 1,900 rooms in operation and under development”, continued Neumann.

Besides 199 rooms, the new Park Inn by Radisson will offer a 200 square-meter all day dining sky restaurant, a lobby lounge and terrace, a 100-cover sky sports bar, nine board and meeting rooms, a fitness room, and access to the underground parking facility with 500 parking spaces.
