Residence Inn Denver City Center Hotel Completes $2 Million in Redesign

DENVER—The Residence Inn Denver City Center has completed a $2 million renovation with upgrades to the hotel’s lobby, meeting space, guestrooms and eighth floor patio, which now features a fire pit and gas grill. The updates, headed by Ricca Newmark Designs, include new furniture and color schemes.

Renovations include the addition of lounge chairs, placed by fireplaces and common tables, sofas, and ottomans are clustered throughout the space for larger parties. The updated guestrooms feature shades of green and cream, with an accent of gold.

“Now the look of our hotel matches the outstanding quality of our service,” said Kathleen Bates, general manager of the hotel. “We are excited to show these improvements to our regular guests, and also hoping new visitors to Denver will give us a try. The Residence Inn is not only great for extended stays, but a fun weekend vacation as well.
