Red Lion Inn and Suites Kennewick Officially Converted

SPOKANE, Wash—Red Lion Hotels Corporation announced the Red Lion Inn and Suites Kennewick in Washington has officially joined the system.

“As a newer construction hotel, this property is in great condition, so we were able to convert it quickly,” said Ron Burgett, executive vice president of lodging and brand development for Red Lion Hotels Corporation. “Red Lion has a strong presence in the Tri-Cities and this hotel is a great addition as our first limited service property in the market.”

Built in 2010, the Red Lion Inn and Suites Kennewick has 61 guestrooms with flat screen televisions and an indoor pool. The hotel offers the free hot Red Lion Roaring Start Breakfast and complimentary Wi-Fi.

“We are excited to be adding this second Red Lion to our portfolio of hotels,” said Paul Sandhu of Sandhu NW Hospitality. Sandhu also owns the Red Lion Inn & Suites Kent, in Western Washington, which converted to the brand in February. “Our prior experience with the Red Lion team has made this conversion very smooth and we are excited to offer guests another great place to stay in the Tri-Cities.”
