Hilton Hotels & Resorts Brand Debuts Hotel In Lima, Peru

LIMA, Peru—Hilton Worldwide announced the opening of the new-build 207-room Hilton Lima Miraflores—the company’s first managed hotel in Peru and its flagship brand’s first Hilton Hotels & Resorts hotel in the country.

“The opening of Hilton Lima Miraflores is a significant milestone in our rapid expansion across Latin America,” said Dave Horton, global head, Hilton Hotels & Resorts. “We enter the fourth largest city in the Americas with this hotel featuring iconic design celebrating Peru’s vibrant culture and the amenities travelers trust from Hilton.”

The hotel’s design plays tribute to Peruvian history and architecture. The lobby and public areas showcase the country’s colonial period with a carpet pattern representative of the historical era and handmade tiles that reference different areas of the city.

The 11-story property features 207 rooms, including 44 executive rooms, 17 suites and a presidential suite. All guestrooms and corridors feature individually created lattice woodwork and offer the Hilton Serenity Collection of amenities including high-definition flat screen televisions, alarm clocks with MP3 player connections, and wired and wireless Internet access. Guests staying in an executive room or suite enjoy the added benefit of the hotel’s concierge service and rooftop executive lounge, offering light snacks and beverages throughout the day.
