Hilton Dallas Park Reopens After Multimillion-Dollar Enhancement Project

DALLAS— Hilton Dallas Park Cities will celebrate the hotel’s grand re-opening on Nov. 29 following a complete, multimillion-dollar renovation. The renovation is part of a three-year, $3 billion plan of property renovations currently underway across the global portfolio of Hilton Hotels & Resorts, the flagship brand of Hilton Worldwide.

The hotel began renovations in June of this year after new owner Apple REIT Nine Inc. realized the hotel’s loyal following and strong potential for growth.

“The history and prestigious location of this hotel made this project incredibly important to us and we are thrilled with the outcome,” said Justin Knight, president, Apple REIT Nine, in an announcement. “We feel the atmosphere of the newly renovated hotel accurately reflects the elegance of the Park Cities while providing our guests an array of innovative, comfortable and luxurious amenities.”

Updates include enhancements to the hotel’s landscaping and exterior, a redesigned open lobby and bar, rooftop salt-water swimming pool and fitness center, a revamped 4,000-square-foot ballroom and major updates to superior guestrooms.

The hotel also features a brand new farm-to-table restaurant, Grain, which opened in October. The completely redesigned restaurant features seasonal, natural ingredients to offer a varied menu including steaks and seafood.

The award-winning Simeone Deary Design Group created the ambience throughout the hotel and restaurant.
