DoubleTree by Hilton Dublin-Burlington Road in Dublin, Ireland, recently debuted an extensive $21.6 million refurbishment of all public areas, 501 guestrooms and suites, conference facilities, and exterior. Perhaps one of the coolest features of the project is the pour-your-own Guinness tap in the completely revamped Executive Lounge. A continually rolling video demonstration teaches guests the six steps behind the art of pouring the perfect pint. From the glass, to the tilt, to the settle, the Lounge’s Guinness tap is not located behind the bar—it’s available for guests to perfect their pour at their leisure.
