Four Seasons Hotel Orlando Plans Summer Opening

ORLANDO, Fla.—Summer 2014 will welcome a new resort to Orlando and Disney World with the opening of the Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World. The resort is now taking reservations for stays beginning in August 2014.

Located near the Magic Kingdom Park, Epcot, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Theme Park, and Disney’s Hollywood Studios, Four Seasons Resort Orlando will feature 444 rooms and suites, several dining options, a full-service spa, and expansive meeting and event venues.

“The family trip of a lifetime, a dream wedding, great golf or spa weekends, a well-executed conference participants will be talking about for years to come—that’s the vision that is driving everything as we build Four Seasons Resort Orlando at Walt Disney World Resort,” says Regional Vice President and General Manager Thomas Steinhauer. “We can’t wait to share the magic.”

Food and beverage options at the hotel will include Ravello, culinary trip to the Amalfi coast featuring an open kitchen; Capa, a restaurant served tapas and steaks with rooftop fireworks views; PB+G, a pool bar and grill where guests can choose creative salads and poolside fare coupled with smokehouse BBQ specialties; and Planch, a Cuban American eatery located in the golf clubhouse.

For family recreation, the resort will offer Explorer Island, a five-acre park including a 7,590-square-foot family pool with a lazy river, a climbing wall, watersides, and the Kids for All Seasons program. Three Har-Tru tennis courts, a 24-hour fitness center, and an adults only pool surrounded by private cabanas round out the facilities.

Access to many special Walt Disney World offerings—including special on-site Disney Character Breakfasts with Goofy and Pals, plus an onsite Disney Planning Center and the unique option of expert event services from the world-class entertainment company.
