STAFFORD, Va.—The 95-room Fairfield Inn & Suites Stafford Quantico is scheduled to open this week. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by Rina Management Inc.

The lobby welcomes guests with a color palette of greens, blues, and oranges. Rooms and suites offer separate living, working, and sleeping areas, and come equipped with televisions, microwaves, and mini-fridges. The living area provides a work area, ergonomic chair, and entertainment area with a second television.
A complimentary hot continental breakfast is available each morning in the lobby area. Other hotel amenities include an indoor swimming pool, an exercise room, valet laundry service, complimentary Wi-Fi, as well as fax and copy services. The hotel also offers 1,232 square feet of meeting space to accommodate functions of up to 97 people.
