Marriott Hands Out Award of Excellence to Employees
Eight exceptional employees were recognized for their hard work and service to the Marriott brand at an award ceremony held in their honor.
Marriott International handed out the prestigious J. Willard Marriott Award of Excellence at the Bethesda North Marriott Hotel and Conference Center in Bethesda, Md. to employees that embody the company’s core values. The honorees were nominated by their supervisors and peers for outstanding performance.
This year's recipients include Don "Archie" Archuleta from the Anaheim Marriott, Nelson Guste who works at the Residence Inn Charlotte Concord, Rick Collins from the Courtyard Nashville Downtown, Nelly Kallo who is employed at the Marriott Moscow Royal Aurora Hotel, Nona Davis from the Key Bridge Marriott, Julie Dongju Lee from the JW Marriott Hotel Seoul, public relations professional Claudia Franco, and Mohammed Ramadan who works for JW Marriott and Courtyard hotels in Kuwait City.

During the ceremony, The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore was also honored with the Alice S. Marriott Award for Community Service, and the Western Southwest Sales Organization, Irvine, California was presented with the J.W. Marriott, Jr. Diversity Excellence Award.
