Gordon Ramsay Steak Now Open at Paris Las Vegas
Everyone's favorite fiery chef, Gordon Ramsay, has joined the Las Vegas restaurant scene with the debut of his new eatery Steak, which opened at Paris Las Vegas last week. The restaurant marks the celebrity chef's first location in Las Vegas.
“I wanted the space to be bold and innovative, and I imagined doing something new with the steakhouse concept in Las Vegas.” said Chef Ramsay in an announcement. “I am so excited to be here in Las Vegas, share in the excitement of opening day, and start welcoming guests to my very first Vegas-based restaurant.”
The two-level steakhouse features an expansive Union Jack ceiling mural and custom neon sculpture. The menu takes the traditional steakhouse cuisine and gives it a modern twist. Some items that guests can expect to see on the menu include prime beef dry-aged for a minimum of 28 days and cuts such as the 32 oz Royal Long-bone Chop for two and American Kobe.
The new restaurant at Paris Las Vegas will also factor into Ramsay's popular reality television show "Hell's Kitchen." The winner of the new season, which debuts on FOX on June 5, will earn a head chef position working under Executive Chef Kevin Hee at Steak.
David Hoenemeyer, president of Paris Las Vegas, is thrilled to have Ramsay as a part of the hotel and casino. He said, "When you walk into this restaurant, you know you have arrived somewhere very different. It has real energy, and the design is one-of-a-kind. Ramsay and his team truly created a steakhouse that is memorable and delicious. I couldn’t be more excited to have Gordon Ramsay Steak here at Paris.”
