Discover Your Travel Style With IHG's New Poll
Most people have a distinct travel style. There are those travelers who would prefer to sprawl out on the beach and stay there for the entire trip, and then there are others who want to sightsee and take in all the cultural activities of a particular destination.
And beginning Friday, IHG is giving everyone a chance to discover what category they fall into with a new poll and travel sweepstakes promotion.
The "Getaway with Vacation Pay" Travel Style Poll goes live on Friday morning and will allow users to answer a few questions to find out whether they are a "Culture Connoisseur," "Avid Adventurer," "Entertainment Enthusiast," or an "Escape Artist." Users can also play up their travel style by creating a personalized e-card and sharing it with friends.
And once the poll is complete, you'll be entered for a chance to win an ultimate getaway for two based on your own personal travel style. The grand-prize winner of the sweepstakes will receive roundtrip airfare, five nights in a hotel, roundtrip airport transfers, and $1000 to spend while on vacation.
This sweepstakes follows on the heels of IHG's "Vacation Pay" promotion announced last month where U.S. residents receive a $75 prepaid card when they register and stay two consecutive weekend nights (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) at any of IHG's 4,400 hotels worldwide through Sept. 3.
The contest and fun online poll are open until Sept. 3, so make sure you head over to www.ihg.com/get75 beginning on Friday, June 8 to find out what type of traveler you are and try for that vacation of a lifetime.
