Extended Stay America Launches Grab and Go Breakfast Program

1/16/2013 | The Scene
I think we can all agree that one of the benefits of staying at an extended stay property is the fact that rooms come with their own kitchens. For guests that are residing in one of these properties for a few weeks or months, the ability to make meals and prepare food is a huge benefit. But just because the rooms come with a kitchen, doesn't mean guests will always want to cook.

Extended Stay America recognized the need for a quick and convenient option for its guests. And as part of the $400 million renovation of the entire Extended Stay America portfolio, the brand launched a new breakfast program to give guests an opportunity to grab-and-go in the morning.

“We identified a need to add complimentary breakfast when guests told us they like to make breakfast in their own in-room kitchens, but would appreciate a grab and go option when looking for a quick bite,” said Chief Marketing Officer Tom Seddon. “The convenience a breakfast program adds to the guest experience continues to align Extended Stay America as the new way to stay in 2013.”

The free Grab and Go Breakfast program is available seven days a week from 6 – 9:30 a.m. at 610 locations. The daily breakfast offers guests muffins, assorted fruit, a variety of instant oatmeal flavors and breakfast bars, two premium coffee options, tea, and hot chocolate.

It's the little things that make a big impact on a guest's experience.

Thanks for this complete article. I have given thought to selling my large home and moving In to a local extended stay. I am older and do not need a large apartment this would be perfect. Some days just would not want to cook a large breakfast so this is perfect. A very good article and great for a person staying short term or a permanent resident, it list what type of items are available to the guest.
