AmericInn Signs Three New Properties

CHANHASSEN, Minn.—AmericInn Hotels and Suites has announced the signing of three new properties in the month of October, further bolstering its title as the largest mid-scale hotel brand in the upper Midwest. The new hotels will be in Hartford, South Dakota; Fargo, North Dakota; and Black River Falls, Wisconsin.

“We are pleased to announce these wonderful additions to our already strong AmericInn system which includes over 200 hotels across 24 states,” said Paul Kirwin, AmericInn president and CEO. “We look forward to serving our customers at these prime locations with the distinctive AmericInn hospitality experience that is comfortable, friendly and relaxing.”

The new AmericInn Hartford will be a 47-room new construction project operated by Three Rivers Hospitality. The new AmericInn Fargo South in Fargo is the conversion of an independently-owned 86-room lodge and will be managed by Discover Lodging. The AmericInn Black River Falls is a 54-room conversion.

“Each of these hotels has seasoned ownership and/or management groups,” shared Nasir Raja, AmericInn’s executive vice-president of franchise
development and operations. “We are very pleased to have them as part of our system as they will help us to continue our goal of making AmericInn a vibrant, dynamic hospitality brand.”

Each of the hotels will offer the amenities all AmericInn guests have become accustomed to: the free AmericInn Perk breakfast featuring a variety of hot, home-style selections along with a 24-hour coffee bar; free hotel-wide Wi-Fi, and new Serta Perfect Sleeper beds. Additional AmericInn offerings include the Easy Rewards guest loyalty program.

Nationwide, AmericInn is in the midst of a three-year, $75 million renovation initiative, creating a fresh, updated look and feel throughout all of its locations. The initiative was launched in 2011 and is expected to be completed at the end of 2014.

The New AmericInn Hotels in Fargo, Black River Falls, and Hartford will open in November, January, and February respectively.
