TMI Hospitality acquires Minnesota Cambria Suites Property

MAPLE GROVE, Minn.—TMI Hospitality, Inc. has announced the addition of the Cambria Suites hotel in Maple Grove, Minn. to its portfolio.
“TMI Hospitality is pleased to welcome the first Cambria Suites hotel to our portfolio,” said Lauris Molbert, CEO of TMI Hospitality, in an announcement. “This hotel’s amenities, which appeal to both business and leisure travelers, coupled with our longtime relationship with Choice Hotels make this addition a natural fit for our company.”
The property was acquired out of foreclosure for $7.1 million. The hotel has 129 guestrooms, and marks TMI's first hotel of this brand in the company’s portfolio.
