Home2 Suites Opens New Hotel in Jacksonville, NC

MCLEAN, Va.—Home2 Suites by Hilton celebrated the opening of its eighth U.S. hotel with the new Jacksonville, N.C. property. This is the brand’s second property in the state.
“One year ago, we opened our first Home2 Suites in North Carolina. The opening of a second Home2 Suites property in this market is a true testament to guests’ positive response; and appetite for the brand’s added value proposition and hip and humble approach,” said Bill Duncan, global head, Home2 Suites by Hilton, in an announcement. “Jacksonville’s close proximity to military sites, businesses and visitor attractions position this property for great success.”
The four-story, 105-suite hotel was built by Onslow Hospitality, Inc., a subsidiary of CN Hotels based out of Greensboro, N.C., and is managed by LBA Hospitality. The property includes 39 queen studio suites, 59 king studio suites, and seven one-bedroom queen suites.
The hotel also features an indoor saline swimming pool, walking trail, community spaces, in-room working wall, and complimentary breakfast. READER COMMENTS
