HVMG Awarded Management of Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Rosenberg

 ATLANTA, Ga.—Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), a privately owned hotel ownership and management firm headquartered in Atlanta, announced that it has assumed management of the 77-room Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Rosenberg in Texas. HVMG now manages 39 hotels including 20 Hilton-branded properties.
“Based on our successful track record as turn-around specialists and our team’s extensive experience managing Hilton-branded properties, HVMG has been awarded management of the Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Rosenberg,” says HVMG President & CEO Robert Cole, in an announcement. “Given our highly successful presence in the Houston market for many years, we are confident the Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Rosenberg will be a peak performer under our stewardship.”
HVMG has more than doubled the size of its portfolio since the beginning of 2010. It added eight hotels to its portfolio in 2011 (a 36 percent growth rate) and has added eight hotels and two conference centers thus far in 2012. In 2010, HVMG added seven hotels (a 33 percent growth rate).
The Hampton Inn & Suites Houston-Rosenberg offers free hot breakfast, free parking, free in-room high-speed Internet access, business center, outdoor pool, complimentary use of the on-site fitness center, and over 1,000 square feet of meeting space. READER COMMENTS
