HHM Completes Renovations of Four Northeast Properties

The 112-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Cambridge and the 155-room Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites King of Prussia received complete renovations to align the properties with the new brand standards. At the Cambridge hotel, a marketplace was added to the lobby and breakfast area. Guestrooms were updated with new furniture, carpets, and accents of coral in the design. Kitchenettes now have new microwaves and mini-refrigerators.
At the Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites King of Prussia, the lobby, business center, breakfast area, and all guestrooms were upgrade. In the guestrooms, the carpeted was updated with blue accents and new bedding was also added. Granite countertops, new refrigerators, and new microwaves were installed in the kitchens. The cobalt accents extend through the hallway carpeting and into the lobby, where sofas and lounge chairs were added.
The 130-room Courtyard Ewing/Princeton, New Jersey also received an overhaul to all guestrooms. New couches, chairs, lighting, and drapes are highlighted with orange and red tones.
Hampton Inn Seaport, located in the Financial District of Manhattan completed renovations to all 65 guestrooms. Investments were made in new wallpaper, carpets, and drapes, and the furniture was refinished with blue glass tops.
