Embassy Suites Tulsa-I-44 Completes Renovation
ATLANTA—Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), a privately owned hotel ownership and management firm headquartered in Atlanta, announced that it has completed an $860,000 renovation of the Embassy Suites Tulsa-I-44. HVMG manages the hotel, which was acquired in 2007 by a joint venture between HVMG and RockBridge Partners, an affiliate of RockBridge Capital, LLC. READER COMMENTS
Upgrades to the 244-suite hotel include adding a lounge and other communal seating areas and a dozen flat-screen HD TVs; adding over 1,000 square feet of meeting space; updating the decor in the atrium and other public spaces; and creating a new area where complimentary cooked-to-order breakfast is served.
The current improvement project follows a $6 million renovation the all-suites hotel received in 2009 that included substantial upgrades of its guest suites and public spaces.
"With a completely upgraded property, our signature Hilton HHonors guest reward program and a host of premium Embassy Suites amenities, we believe we offer Tulsa's best hotel value for both business and leisure travelers," said Curtis Reitz, General Manager of the Embassy Suites Tulsa-I-44, in an announcement.
