Centerstone Opens New Construction Property In Pennsylvania

 West Chester, PA—Centerstone Hotels announced the grand opening of their first new construction property, the Centerstone Hotel Warner in West Chester, PA. The 80-room property will officially open to the public on August 17.
The Centerstone Hotel Warner, developed by The McFadden Group, is an adaption re-use of the historic 1930’s Warner Theater from Warner Brothers. The actual theater now makes up the lobby and public space and a new tower has been built to house the guest rooms.
In an announcement, Centerstone CEO Steve Belmonte said, “We’re thrilled to have this premier property in the Centerstone system. It’s historic background and picturesque location makes it a truly special property and we could not be happier.”
Inns of Distinction will manage the property, which offers many features like an indoor heated pool, fitness center, complimentary breakfast and parking. The Centerstone Hotel Warner will also contain eco-friendly features like geo thermal heat systems and solar panels.
“We decided upon a Centerstone franchise because it allowed up the flexibility to build a boutique hotel that reflected the flavor and culture of the local community. The large Marriotts and Hiltons are excellent, but we wanted to develop something unique, something with a West Chester personality.
