Avocet Hospitality Group Acquires 66 Room Vendue Inn

 CHARLESTON, S.C.—Avocet Hospitality Group announced that it has acquired the Vendue Inn, a 66-room boutique hotel located in downtown Charleston, S.C.
“The Vendue Inn has a long history of providing excellent customer service and is a market leader in terms of displaying true southern hospitality. We look forward to continuing the great work of the previous owner, Vendue Inn Associates, LLC,” said Jonathan Weitz, president Avocet Hospitaltiy Group.
The Vendue Inn is located on Vendue Range, adjacent to Waterfront Park. The boutique hotel is comprised of 66 unique guest rooms, The Library Restaurant, and The Rooftop Bar overlooking the Charleston harbor.
“Charleston has and will always be my home. I grew up about 3 blocks south of the Vendue Inn on North Adgers Wharf. It is an honor and a privilege to be able to welcome guests to the Vendue Inn and let them experience all the wonderful attributes of Charleston,” added Weitz. READER COMMENTS
