Autograph Collection Adds Turnberry Isle Miami to Portfolio

 Autograph Collection announced that Turnberry Isle Miami has joined the brand’s portfolio of independently owned and operated hotels. Located in Aventura, Turnberry Isle Miami is the third South Florida hotel to join the collection and the 32nd property added to the brand’s roster. The property spans over 300 acres with 408 guestrooms and suites.
“We are thrilled to announce the addition of another South Florida hotel, Turnberry Isle Miami, to our growing portfolio of exceptional independent hotels,” said Kip Vreeland, vice president for Autograph Collection, in an announcement. “Turnberry Isle Miami is situated in a buzzing market and is perfectly aligned with this year’s expansion strategy. Autograph Collection continues to enlist the most unique properties that provide enriching travel experiences to our guests, and Turnberry Isle Miami is a perfect fit.”
Turnberry Isle Miami includes two 18-hole Raymond Floyd redesigned championship golf courses, a three-story spa & fitness center, a tennis center, a beach club, multiple pools including a lagoon-style pool with a waterslide and lazy river, a 40,000 square-foot conference center, marina access, a kids club, and a membership club.
The resort is owned by Turnberry Hotel Group, a division of the locally-based and family-operated Turnberry Associates and will maintain its individuality while gaining access to Marriott International’s global sales and marketing channels, including the company’s Marriott Rewards program.
