Atlanta's Second Hotel Indigo Opens

ATLANTA - Hotel Indigo, IHG’s (InterContinental Hotels Group) upscale boutique brand, today announced the opening of its second location in Atlanta in one of Georgia’s largest historic districts.
The 142-room, five-story hotel features décor with touches of starbursts and turquoise, and vintage photographs of the neighborhood can be found throughout the hotel. Common areas, including the reception area reflect the region with layered marble brought in from Tate, the marble capital of Georgia.
“The Hotel Indigo brand is a perfect fit for this location,” said Mary Dogan, director, Brand Management, Hotel Indigo, the Americas, IHG, in an announcement. “The vibrant and historic design reflects the surrounding community and further spotlights the neighborhood’s cultural and historic charm.”
The hotel offers free high-speed wired and wireless Internet access in guest rooms and public spaces, a 24-hour business center and a fitness center.
Space-efficient guestrooms feature high-definition flat-screen TVs, iHome stations, and hard surface flooring with area rugs.
