QT Sydney, a Design Hotels property, is scheduled to open in Australia in September. The 200-room hotel is set within the historic Gowings department store and heritage-listed State Theater in the heart of Sydney's Central Business District. Guestrooms at the property will come in 12 different styles. Woodhead is responsible for the architecture on the project while the interior design is by Nic Graham & Associates and Indyk Architects.
