Anne Renken, Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa
Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa on Grand Cayman in the Cayman Islands has announced the appointment of Anne Renken, CMM as sales manager. Renken is responsible for group sales northeast - including Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. She is based in Connecticut. Renken joins Westin Casuarina Resort & Spa following a brief run as a sales consultant, providing expertise and support to U.S. companies on meeting management and strategic account planning for international development. Her consulting position followed five years garnering a distinguished record of achievement as director of partnership sales/intermediary sales for Sawgrass Golf Resort and Spa in Ponte Verde Beach, Florida. Previously, Renken spent a decade managing high-profile accounts in the northeast as a national accounts regional director for Marriott International. She was director of northeast national sales for Renaissance Hotels and Resorts and led pre-opening efforts for Trumbull Marriott International in Trumbull, Connecticut. Renken began her career in 1988 as director of national sales for Stouffer Hotels and Resorts.
